Our most notable project is The Village Gate Square, which is a mixed use community of offices, shops, restaurants, residences and art studios. The Village Gate Square rehabilitation cost over $10,500,000 and is a valued feature of Rochester's downtown landscape. Our most recent endeavors are two major residential loft reconstructions in the East End cultural hub of Rochester. The two buildings offer an example of luxury high-end living comparable to any city in the nation. Stern Properties will be embarking on its third residential enterprise in the near future.

Stern Properties has successfully completed complex projects involving hundreds of thousands of square feet.
